IT Infrastructure Engineer
Positon: IT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
β Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services. Ensure that infrastructure solutions meet business needs and are scalable, reliable, and secure.
β Perform regular system administration tasks, including monitoring, patching, backups, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and related hardware and software.
β Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Ensure network performance, availability, and security across all company sites.
β Implement and enforce security best practices across all infrastructure components. Conduct regular security assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
β Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues. Use monitoring tools to ensure optimal operation and to prevent potential disruptions.
β Create and maintain detailed documentation of the infrastructure environment, including configurations, procedures, and network diagrams. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
β Work closely with other IT team members, developers, and business units to support infrastructure needs and align IT infrastructure with business goals.
β Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure-related issues. Assist in diagnosing and resolving complex IT problems in a timely manner.
Requirements:
β Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
β 1-2 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a similar role.
β Proven experience with server, network, and storage technologies.
β Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
β Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
β Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration.
β Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and automation tools.
β Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
