Job Summary


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern  to support and grow our sales and client acquisition efforts. The role involves identifying potential clients, strengthening customer relationships, contributing to sales strategies, and supporting revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients aligned with ideal customer profiles.
  • Filter and analyze company lists to support lead generation efforts.
  • Research and find appropriate decision-makers within targeted organizations.
  • Assist in preparing and executing outreach and sales campaigns.
  • Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and shadow sales calls or product demos.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Support the improvement of sales proposals and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with management and executives to explore new business opportunities.
  • Contribute insights on market trends, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Support recruitment, training, and other tasks assigned by Team Lead..

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of diligence, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for achieving quality results and meeting targets.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
  • Prior sales or business development exposure is a plus (not mandatory for interns).
