5G makes will give rise to new methods for exploring and managing networks, like network slicing. Network slicing will enable one physical network to support many virtual networks all having different performance features. For instance, one slice will deliver high-speed mobile broadband, while the other one, low consumption of terminals over the speed of the connection, all on the same infrastructure.

Same infrastructure can be used by different user groups and industry sectors.

With appropriate radio frequency spectrum there is a lot of happenings going on with 5G like China is leading from USA in 5G race and world’s first 5G trials happening in Australia.
